As you think about the peer feedback on the effectiveness of the teacher's performance, how are you balancing the role of evaluation and performance review while protecting the collaborative nature of the teacher leadership positions?

Great question! We have used an anonymous peer-feedback survey. The results are viewable by the teacher leader, principal and teacher leadership facilitator (me). Only teachers complete the peer-feedback survey. Any evaluative feedback comes from the principal or another administrator.
