November 6 & 7, 2023, 
Collaborative Coaching Partnerships to Build Collective Efficacy and Facilitate Growth in Others (PLC's and coaching)
In this two-day training, participants will examine how to promote, design, and facilitate job-embedded professional learning aligned with group and individual needs. They will develop coaching skills to differentiate support through reflective practices and build relationships that impact instruction and enhance student learning.

Participants will:

• Know how to design and facilitate and monitor implementation of job-embedded professional development aligned to school improvement goals
• Understand how to facilitate high quality adult learning through professional development opportunities and coaching
• Be able to coach peers using the effective instructional cycle, promoting teacher reflection in order to achieve growth.

8:30 am: Check-in   
In session: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Registration for Iowa ASCD members: $300
non-members of Iowa ASCD $345. Includes a one-year membership in Iowa ASCD
