Collaborative Coaching Partnerships to Build Collective Efficacy and Facilitate Growth in Others
 In this session, participants will examine how to promote, design, and facilitate job-embedded professional learning aligned with group and individual needs. They will develop coaching skills to differentiate support through reflective practices and build relationships that impact instruction and enhance student learning.

Participants will:

• Know how to design, facilitate, and monitor implemention of joc-embedded professional learningaligned to school improvement goals.
• Understand how to facilitate high quality adult learning through professional learning opportunities and coaching.
• Be able to coach peers using the effective instructional cycle, promoting teacher reflection in order to achieve growth.
• Build a coaching plan for 2024-2024.

- Iowa ASCD non-member $245 includes a one-year membership in Iowa ASCD     
- Minimum attendance has been met – Event will be held as scheduled

- Lunch break on your own. Afternoon snack and beverage available.

Lodging: Participants will determine their own lodging.
