Ways to effectively interact with legislators
How to communicate the issues to constituents
The morning session begins at 8:30 a.m. and will be offered through an
in-person meeting at the Iowa Association of Community College Trustees,
located at 855 East Court Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa.
This session will also be available via Zoom. The Zoom link will be shared
with those who register to participate in this event.
We will hear from a Democrate and Republican legislator who serve on the
Education Committee. Jodi Grover will also share some tips on contacting
your legislators.
There will be a small box lunch provided for those attending in person.
We need your to help make a difference in education in Iowa for the year ahead!
